MONTHLY WELLNESS CARE PLAN

 

Under this plan you pay $99.00 per month. 

 

The plan includes 1 exam and up to 4 chiropractic care visits during each paid month.

A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. Therapies are not included.

 

By committing to three months of chiropractic wellness care, you SAVE $293…that’s a 50% savings

Note: Additional visits can be purchased during a paid month for $30 each.
